We are working with our client, an MNC in the FMCG industry, and they are looking for a Finance Manager
Role:
- Review company financial statements and handle management reporting by preparing and analysing for the Board
- Review and update financial policies and SOPs to strengthen internal control frameworks
- Support internal audit processes
- Corporate taxation, GST, and withholding tax. Liaise with tax agents and respond to tax enquiries and audits
- Handle transfer pricing regulations
- Secure working capital through management of treasury (forex)
- Act as authorised bank signatory and be responsible for KYC compliance
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in accounting/finance including 2 in a people managerial position
- Must possess strong technical knowledge in local and cross-border taxation
- Strong experience in treasury management including forex control and hedging
- Independent and driven
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. May need to respond to work matters during weekends
