Finance Manager
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Oversee the full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
- Support financial reporting across multiple entities within the group
Budgeting & Financial Analysis
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Monitor financial performance and prepare variance analysis
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions
Business Partnering
- Work with business teams to understand the financial implications of business decisions
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business growth and profitability
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and marketing
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate service providers
- Prepare audit schedules and support statutory filings
- Prepare and review GST returns, tax filings and related compliance requirements
Cash Flow & Process Improvement
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Manage banking transactions and payments
- Review and improve finance processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 6 - 10 years of relevant finance / accounting experience
- Experience handling full set of accounts and financial reporting
- Experience with financial consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
- Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systems
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Big 4 audit experience preferred
