Our client is MNC in Shipping and Logistics Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Deputy Finance Controller to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of finance operations including financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support financial close process, statutory reporting, and audit coordination with finance leadership
• Partner with business units and senior management to provide financial insights, analysis, and decision support
• Support business planning, cost control initiatives, capital expenditure reviews, and profitability analysis
• Perform scenario analysis and forward-looking financial modelling to support management decisions
• Support treasury and financing activities including cash flow forecasting, banking arrangements, refinancing, and funding requirements
• Monitor bank facilities, covenants, and ensure compliance with financial obligations
• Liaise with banks and external financial institutions on funding and treasury matters
• Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Support internal and external audit processes and coordinate with auditors and advisors
• Apply best practices in financial reporting, controls, and governance, including listed-company standards where applicable
• Collaborate with CFO, Finance Controller, and cross-functional teams on finance operations and strategic initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Prior experience in Big 4 accounting firms in Singapore is an added advantage
• Experience across full finance functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and business finance.
