Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations for Singapore while supporting selected APAC accounting activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full-set accounting and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, payroll accounting, inventory, and general ledger transactions
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, GST, corporate tax, statutory requirements, and internal policies
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax matters, and financial reporting requirements
- Support U.S. GAAP reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and regional finance reporting
- Monitor and strengthen internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements
- Oversee cash flow, banking activities, payment processes, and treasury-related matters
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support business decision-making
- Review work performed by finance team members and provide guidance where required
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance-related projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
