Finance Manager - Rollup Platform

Our client is a fast paced, founder-led venture acquiring services businesses in Singapore, who are now looking for a Finance Manager to lead the function for the business. You will be at the heart of the acquisition and integration engine, leading financial due diligence on targets, identify cost-savings and optimisation opportunities, and then partner with the founders to execute those changes post-acquisition. You'll also own finance and accounting across the platform, building lean, scalable processes as we grow.

This is not a back-office role - it's an entrepreneurial, hands-on position where you'll work closely with the founders and a tight management team to create real value.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead financial due diligence on acquisitions: review P&L, cashflow, and balance sheets assess risks and validate valuations.

. Identify and model cost-optimisation and margin-expansion opportunities across acquired businesses.

. Drive post-acquisition integration: implement financial controls, reporting, and efficiency initiatives.

. Build and manage platform finance and accounting (cash management, budgeting, reporting, tax, audit).

. Serve as a thought partner to the CEO/COO in scaling operations and profitability.

Who You Are

. A self-starter with 5-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or transactions (audit, FP&A, PE portfolio finance, or Big 4/M&A background ideal).

. Strong in financial analysis, accounting fundamentals, and due diligence.

. Energised by fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where speed and adaptability matter.
