Our client is a globally established private equity and venture capital investment firm and they are looking to appoint a high-calibre Finance Manager to support the financial operations of its Group Holding Company. Reporting directly to the Finance Director and CFO, this is a strategic and hands-on role with broad exposure across financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and finance transformation initiatives within a sophisticated investment platform.
Aufgabengebiet
- Prepare, review, and analyse consolidated and statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting exercises, and monthly management reporting
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, variance commentary, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and intercompany funding arrangements across group entities and portfolio companies
- Serve as the key liaison for external and internal audits, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all audit requirements
- Oversee tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, and indirect taxes in coordination with external advisors and regulatory authorities
- Support investment-related activities including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and post-investment portfolio monitoring
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, reporting infrastructure, and automation initiatives
- Partner with the CFO and Finance Director on board reporting, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses
Anforderungsprofil
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including experience within a Big 4 accounting firm
- Qualified or near-qualified CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent professional accounting designation
- Strong technical grounding in financial reporting, IFRS, and core tax principles
- Experience working within or alongside a group holding company structure
- Prior exposure to private equity, venture capital, family offices, or multi-asset investment platforms is advantageous
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and open-minded, with a genuine interest in improving processes and challenging conventional approaches
