Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete process of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Manage billing and invoicing for third-party administrators (TPAs), corporate clients, vendors, and service providers. Process TPA claims, conduct reconciliations, and follow up on outstanding payments. Prepare and reconcile bank statements and accounts for customers, vendors, and TPAs. Ensure timely and precise processing of payments, receipts, and financial transactions. Compile monthly financial reports, management updates, and cash flow forecasts. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clinics, TPAs, vendors, auditors, and service providers on finance-related issues. Maintain accurate financial records to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory guidelines. Evaluate and enhance financial processes and internal controls to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector. Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and financial reconciliations. Familiarity with TPA billing, claims processing, and reconciliation methods. Knowledge of vendor and service provider billing processes. Background in outpatient healthcare operations, ideally within a general practitioner (GP) medical group. Understanding of finance operations and billing processes specific to GP clinics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
