Finance Manager

1) Manage the companies finance and accounting processes in accordance with the Singapore's government legal standards

2) Maintain and monitor effectiveness of the accounts payable and receivable system/processes

3) Manage annual ACRA taxation Filings incl AGM docs

4) Yearly internal & external audits

5) Prepare the following monthly reports: -

- AR & AP reports

- Financial (P& L & Balance Sheet) Statements

- General Journal, Reconciliation for Finance closing

- Daily petty cash reimbursement, CTM arrangements and reconciliation

- SOA(s) to clients

6) Prepare and dispatch of Final Disbursement Account to clients within 7 days (bunker calls) and 20 days (cargo ops/ Owner's matters) after vessel's ATD.

7) DA Desk and other financial hubs billings for non-liner principals, forward all the Documents to operations department for update in the respective system.

8) Monitor prefund from Clients and update parties concerned upon Receipt.

9) Manage internal & External operating systems (Consbear & Xero)

10) Adhering to company's Quality and Safety policies.
