Finance Manager

Job Description

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
• Oversee the Purchasing team to ensure effective procurement operations, supplier management and purchasing controls.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly and annual financial statements, management reports and Group reporting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Singapore accounting standards,statutory requirements, and Group policies.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivabl, fixed assets and cash flow.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
• Oversee GST, corporate tax, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and financial reports.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and SAP financial systems.
• Provide financial analysis and business partnering support to management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA or an equivalent recognised qualification is preferred.
• At least 5 working years experience in handling accounting, finance activities, including managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing and SAP-Hana is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
