As we ambitiously expand our presence in Singapore, we are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in Singapore. The role involves the consolidation and analysis of the Group's Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, providing valuable insights, implementing cost control measures, managing supplier relationships and payments, and offering support during group audits to maintain accountability to our shareholders and investors.
Responsibilities
As the Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to the entire business through financial analytics. A strong grasp of end-to-end financial business partnering is essential for success in this role.
Your Key Duties Will Include
- Consolidating our various subsidiaries accounts and overseeing even our overseas operations (Currently in Australia)
- Ensuring prompt payment collection and supplier payments and optimizing cash flow collection
- Bookkeeping and reconciliation of bank feeds and line items
- Monthly reporting of P&L , Key Metrics
- Supporting Group Audit
Working Hours
9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Required Skills
- Has extremely strong interpersonal skill
- Enjoys working in a small and agile team
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software
- Can think independently and on his/her feet
- Analytical and numerical skills are essential in modelling and running a P&L
- Strong business sense to turn numbers into actionable insights
- Able to multitask
- Holds an ACCA or a degree in accounting
