The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations and insights to support business growth.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation of accounts and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and laws.
Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure successful financial audits and reviews.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
