Finance Manager (Manufacturing / Operational Accounting)

Benefits :

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end finance operations (AP, AR, GL) across multiple SEA entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and on-time delivery.

• Own the monthly, quarterly and year-end close process, enforcing cut-off discipline and resolution of issues.

• Oversee preparation of financial statements, management reports and statutory filings, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Act as the regional finance point-of-contact for all SEA sites, coordinating activities and resolving cross-country accounting matters.

• Lead, coach and supervise a junior accounting team of 11, setting clear expectations, building capability and improving execution quality.

• Review and strengthen SOPs, internal controls and workflows, ensuring consistency and audit readiness.

• Drive standardization and automation of manual accounting processes, improving efficiency, accuracy and scalability (shared-service mindset preferred).

• Lead process change initiatives, including adoption of templates, checklists, and system-supported workflows.

• Partner with tax agents, auditors and local authorities to manage statutory audits, tax compliance and regulatory filings.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards and compliance requirements across all entities.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc finance projects as required.
