skills and experience required.

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA) with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience.

• Significant experience in regional finance roles, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or high-end retail industries.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial portfolios during large-scale enterprise system upgrades.

• Exceptional communication skills with the poise to engage effectively with senior regional stakeholders.
