Finance Manager (Logistic Industry)

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will lead the Finance team and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, internal controls, and business performance analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of finance activities.

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, cash management, and financial reporting.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.

• Monitor revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, and working capital.

• Provide financial recommendations to support business performance and cost optimisation.

• Manage banking facilities, financing arrangements, and treasury matters.

• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.

• Drive finance process improvements, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.

• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, government agencies, suppliers, and customers.

• Ensure compliance with SFRS, Companies Act, GST, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Lead annual audits, tax submissions, regulatory filings, and corporate governance matters.

• Support business transformation, financing, and other strategic projects assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• At least Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, GST, taxation, statutory reporting, and audit requirements.

• Hands-on experience in full-set accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.

• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or a related operational industry is preferred.
