FINANCE MANAGER

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee Finance operations across a diversified portfolio spanning wellness, F&B, hospitality, a Singapore-listed entity, Thailand and Malaysia.

This role requires strong operational finance capabilities combined with an understanding of governance and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will ensure financial integrity, maintain disciplined cashflow management, and support senior management with accurate and timely financial reporting.

You will supervise the Accounts Executive(s) and report directly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Group Oversight

. Oversee full set of accounts across multiple entities

. Ensure timely month-end closing and accuracy of financial statements

. Review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports

. Prepare consolidated management reporting packs

. Perform variance analysis and highlight financial risks

Listed Company & Regulatory Support

. Support financial reporting obligations for the Singapore-listed entity

. Assist with SGX announcement financial disclosures (where required)

. Liaise with sponsors, external auditors, and corporate secretaries

. Ensure compliance with SGX and ACRA regulatory timelines

. Support preparation of board papers and audit committee materials

Cashflow & Treasury Management

. Maintain rolling cashflow forecasts (3-6 months)

. Monitor liquidity and working capital

. Oversee AR/AP aging and payment prioritisation

. Liaise with banks and financial institutions

. Identify potential financial stress early and recommend actions

Budgeting & Commercial Finance

. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting exercises

. Conduct break-even analysis for new projects

. Evaluate capex proposals and expansion initiatives

. Support management in financial modelling and scenario planning

Compliance & Controls

. Oversee GST preparation and submissions

. Ensure IRAS compliance across entities

. Implement internal controls and financial SOPs

. Prepare audit schedules and manage year-end audit process

Team Leadership

. Supervise and review work of Accounts Executive(s)

. Ensure proper documentation and financial discipline

. Strengthen finance processes and reporting structures

Requirements

. Degree in Accounting or Finance

. ACCA / CA qualification preferred

. Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience

. Experience supporting a Singapore-listed company is highly advantageous

. Strong knowledge of Singapore GST and regulatory framework

. Experience in multi-entity or group structures preferred

. Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

. Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
