Monthly Closing Related Tasks

  • Closing Calendar preparation.
  • Prepare Payment Instructions.
  • Sales Invoices.
  • GL entries.
  • Sales & Cost of Sales Variance Report.
  • Sales & Cost of Sales Report.

Reporting to HQ
  • ICAS Accounting Report/Consolidation Package.
  • Monthly Cash Flow Table.
  • Quarterly Investment Assets List.
  • Quarterly Manual Cheque Verification Report.
  • Quarterly IR/SAP Questionnaire.
  • Half-yearly Support Services Volume Questionnaire.
  • Monthly Reporting& Annual Budgeting.
  • Interim Budget Review.
  • Group Company Sales Volume Review.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance.
  • Possess relevant experience with SAP will be a plus.
  • Ability to priorities, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
  • Meticulous and attentive with details.
  • Wellversed in Microsoft office applications.
