Your New Role
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements across regional subsidiaries.
Ensure full compliance with IFRS/GAAP, Japan GAAP (Head Office adjustments), and all local statutory requirements.
Manage regional treasury activities, including cash flow optimization, liquidity planning, and capital efficiency.
Supervise intercompany financing and ensure proper documentation in line with tax and transfer pricing rules.
Maintain compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, including Companies Act and IRAS guidelines.
Lead audit engagements by coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely closure of audit matters.
Develop and enhance internal control frameworks to minimize financial and operational risks.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the region.
Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Continuously improve finance processes, reporting efficiency, and team effectiveness.
Key Qualifications for Success
CPA qualification is highly preferred.
At least 6 years of relevant finance experience, ideally within a regional or group reporting environment.
Strong experience in multi-entity consolidation and regional financial reporting.
Exposure to treasury operations and experience working with international banks or treasury systems.
Proven ability to lead and independently manage finance functions.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
Effective organizational and project management capabilities.
