Finance Manager

Role Overview

A new role with a private equity firm, supporting the GP finance function across reporting, operations, and fund management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group-level financial reporting (IFRS), delivering clear, decision-useful insights to senior leadership
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, translating numbers into strategic recommendations
• Manage treasury and liquidity across entities, optimising capital deployment and funding structures
• Lead audit and tax engagements, ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance
• Partner on investment activities, including diligence, valuation, and ongoing portfolio performance monitoring
• Champion process optimisation, controls enhancement, and digital finance transformation initiatives
• Support executive leadership on board reporting, strategic priorities, and high-impact projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in finance/accounting
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance, including prior exposure within a Big 4 accounting firm
• Demonstrates strong ownership, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive and forward-looking mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
