about the job
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role is a sole contributor and will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting, ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing. You will provide technical advice to the team and provide insights on business performance to the management team. You will be the point of contact with external audit and tax agents to ensure statutory compliance. You will recommend best practices to drive improvements to workflow and processes. As part of business development, this role will also have a strong focus on cashflow management, working capital and treasury.

skills and experience required
You are ideally degree qualified and/or ACCA qualified with at least 10 years of hands on financial accounting experiences. You will need to have experience in Trade Finance tools, understand how to issue Letter of Credits (L/C). Exposure to ERP systems like Oracle, Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, SAP etc and strong excel skills would be advantageous. You have a stable career track with good people management skills and are resilient and comfortable in a steadfast environment.
