FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Compiling full set of monthly management report and analysis and weekly bank cashflow reporting.
• Liases with the regulators and service providers including auditors, tax accountants, corporate & legal advisors, bankers.
• Liaise with external auditors and consultants, on interim and annual audit plus tax filing.
• Daily finance matters such as preparing and processing payment vouchers, updating and monitoring accounting system and cashflow, preparing payroll and IRAS reporting.
• Prepare Business plan, forecasting & budgeting.
• Monitor and manage the transactions flow to ensure compliance with Singapore law.
• Implement and enhance finance standard operating procedures.
• Any other finance related matters.
• Other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, or Business Administration or Accounting with at least 5 years experience as Finance Manager & above.
• Familiar with MS Office application especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills, such as business understanding, persuasion, leadership, ability to work as team player and work under pressure.
• Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and editing financial reports.
• Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Familiar with tax laws in Singapore.
• Self-motivated and high degree of initiative, high level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin as our management and staff consists of some mandarin speaking only personnel. Singaporean is preferred.
