Manage the full set of accounts and reconciliation reports for the Singapore entity to ensure accurate financial records.
Assist in coordinating annual statutory audit, taxation matters, and company secretarial matters to maintain compliance.
Timely preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reports,
Overseeing inventory management to ensure alignment of inventory levels with project timeline, and maintaining accurate, audit-compliant records.
Track, update, and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow to support strategic financial planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality of financial reporting and automate internal operational processes.
Review and strengthen internal controls and documentation.
Provide analyses and information in response to ad hoc requests from time to time.
Interest in working in a start-up and thriving in a dynamic working environment.
A proactive individual with integrity, an open mindset, and a willingness to learn
Ability to work well in teams and independently
Great attention to detail strong work ethic, with a capability to manage confidential data and communicate with stakeholders
Possess excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
Familiar with the mac operating system, Xero or QuickBooks, and other accounting/tax software
5 years or above experience in preparing a full set of accounts and month-end closing
Firm grasp of basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Ability to handle the entire set of management accounts independently.
CPA/ACCA professional accreditation.
Accounting Degree holder.
