Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring strong performance and development
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and management account
• Manage GST reporting, tax compliance, and other statutory filing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Provide financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes and efficiency
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualifications will be an advantage
• Around 8 years of relevant finance experience
• Prior experience in the heavy industrial space preferred
• Proven experience in leading and managing a finance team
• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a complex, operational environment
• Good stakeholder management and communication skill
