Finance Manager, Group Consolidation & Reporting (Big 4 exp)

Headquartered in Singapore, this is a forward-looking manufacturing player with strong growth potential. Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Group Finance Manager to be part of the established team.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a team, you will be overseeing the company's end-to-end finance and accounting operations. Additionally, you will serve as the business partner to the Head of Business Units in advising financial impacts and supporting quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting. The key responsibilities include group consolidation and reporting, overseeing the company accounts, management reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, monthly working capital management, quarterly mark-to-market summary for hedge instrument, reviewing corporate tax filings and withholding tax and coordinating with tax agent/IRAS on relevant tax matters. Liaise and coordinate with bankers on banking matters, such as loans and treasury functions. Review internal processes and controls and provide recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must be a qualified Accountant and have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Big 4 and commercial firms. It is essential to have strong knowledge in complex consolidation and be proficient in SFRS. We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Finance professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
