We are partnering with a client to hire a Finance Manager who will drive strategic financial planning and maintain strong financial operations. This role will focus on financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital management, while overseeing accounting, reporting, compliance, and audit processes. The role also involves managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors while identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and financial improvements within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital management activities
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management reporting
- Travel up to 50% for business or audit-related activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and capital management
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and external audit processes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
