Finance Manager - Global Real Estate Investment

The Company

Our client is a leading global real estate investment and asset management organization with a strong presence across major international markets. Managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets and investment vehicles, the firm is recognized for its institutional platform, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering long-term value to investors.

The Role

• Manage fund accounting and administration activities for investment funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
• Prepare and review financial reports, consolidations, investor reports, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, payment processing, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Support capital transactions including capital calls, distributions, fund flow calculations, and investor communications.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and corporate secretarial providers.
• Respond to investor and client queries while ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Your Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or financial reporting.
• Familiarity with fund operations, including management fee calculations, carried interest, and investor reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in client servicing, audit, or the real estate investment industry would be advantageous.
• Experience with accounting systems; exposure to Yardi or similar platforms is a plus.
