Finance Manager

Purpose & Scope

The role supports the corporate entity shared services function covering accounting, budgetary control, capital expenditure & cash management, treasury & tax management.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the financial of the holding company

Performs timely month-end close and submission of financial results/ management reports

Prepare cost centre reports by functions with analysis

Oversees intercompany billings and minimal discrepancies in intercompany transactions

Review GST filing of return and income/deferred taxes computations, quarterly

Work with tax consultants on income tax filing matters

Support annual budget cycle by working closely with other corporate divisions

Support Group Reporting team for year-end reporting

Perform ad-hoc assignments/ projects assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Degree in accounting/finance, and/or professional certification (e.g. ISCA, ACCA, CPA)

Over 5 years relevant working experience in accounting/financial reporting, and finance shared services centre experiences

Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA is preferred

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement

Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
