Finance Manager for a Leading REIT in APAC

Our client is a well-known REIT organization with a strong presence across APAC, and they are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will manage a staff and take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation for the Group. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports, KPIs, variance analysis, cash flow projections, and overseeing tax compliance. The role also ensures adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, while coordinating year-end audits, statutory filings, and working closely with business units and stakeholders across the Group. You will also support various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Ideally, you hold an Accounting degree or ACCA qualification, with 57 years of relevant experience, including Big 4 and REIT exposure. You should be detail-oriented and equipped with strong communication skills.
