Are you passionate about finance and ready to take your career to the next level We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Finance Manager at Singtel Consumer Finance SG Group. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the growth and success of our Financial & Lifestyle Service Business which include digital wallet and telcoassurance products. You will play the role of a financial controller to oversee day to day financial operation of the business as well as business partnering to support new products roll out.

Make an Impact by:

• Being responsible for the daily accounting operations including reconciliations, assist in financial/management reporting, monitoring of accounts receivables and payables ensure timely month end closing.
• Assisting in the preparation of a full set of accounts, reporting packages and financial statements. Generating reports and analysis to assist in decision making
• Supporting FP&A activities during budgeting and forecasting cycles as well as management reporting processes
• Participating in projects relating to new product launches from providing business requirements to UAT ensuring the right accounting treatment and reports are available before go live.
• Coordinating and providing guidance to shared service finance team and internal stakeholders on month end closing, accuracy of system data and any finance related matters including AP invoicing and compliance with finance policy
• Looking into strengthening internal controls and process improvements, identify potential areas of risk exposure and work with business team to implement risk mitigation measures.
• Any other duties and projects assigned by Finance Director and CFO.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or its equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior experience in an international audit firm will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong business sense with good financial analysis and modelling skills
• Possess in depth understanding of accounting principles and company procedures
• Systematic and logical thinking to deep dive into organisational processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• A strong team player and yet able to work independently. Willing to be hands on with an inquisitive mindset
• Good problem solving and decision making skills for unstructured situational issues
• Highly self motivated with a positive attitude
