This is a leadership role overseeing the full finance function of the local business, with a direct reporting line to the Singapore Managing Director and a dotted line to the Group CFO based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will manage a lean finance team of three and take ownership of financial reporting, governance, and strategic planning for a business with a P&L of approximately SGD 20 million.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including monthly closing, management and statutory reporting, and tax compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to support business decisions across supply chain, commercial, and operations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance, and local regulatory requirements
- Manage external relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of three professionals
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA certification preferred
- 6+ years of relevant finance experience, with recent exposure in manufacturing or food & beverage distribution
- Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering
- Hands-on, proactive leader with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing a small team and working in a regional reporting structure
- Proficiency with ERP systems and a solid understanding of Singapore's financial regulations
