Job Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations across multiple F&B establishments, ensuring strong financial control, strategic planning, and compliance with accounting regulations. This role requires a hands-on approach to financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control, to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and ensure sustainable growth.
- Work closely with senior management to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across all outlets.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Track KPIs, including labor costs, food costs, and operational expenditures.
- Evaluate cost structures and recommend efficiency improvements to drive profitability.
Cash Flow & Cost Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
- Oversee cost control initiatives, including supplier negotiations and expense monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and optimize revenue streams.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and government requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies for financial audits and filings.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent financial mismanagement.
Payroll & Finance Operations
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Supervise finance team members, ensuring efficient financial operations across all locations.
Technology & Process Improvement
- Implement and oversee financial software (e.g., POS integration, accounting systems, ERP).
- Drive automation and digital transformation in financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with operations teams to improve financial tracking and reporting.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

- Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of financial reporting, analysis, and cost control.
- Business Partnering: Ability to work closely with different teams (Operations, Marketing, HR) to drive business performance.
