Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing technology company looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function. You'll play a key role in building strong financial foundations and supporting strategic decision-making as the business scales.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and investors.
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
- Manage tax filings, compliance, and coordinate with external consultants and auditors.
- Evaluate financial processes and recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency and internal controls.
- Partner with department heads to align spending and resource allocation with strategic goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA / ACCA / CA qualification preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance - experience in a startup or technology firm is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and Singapore tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
