5 days work week
- Oversee and coordinate work within the Finance Department, ensuring proper recording, control and compliance.
- Perform monthly accounts receivable credit reviews and implement credit control measures
- Authorize all online banking payments, including GIRO, PayNow, TT and FAST transactions.
- Handle cash and bank transactions while maintaining proper records and ensuring accurate banking procedures.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, monitor work-in-progress reports and project costing.
- Review and analyze group's monthly financial reports.
- Prepare group's annual financial reports and budget forecasts.
- Prepare group's monthly and quarterly consolidation packages and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents and bankers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree, ACCA or CPA qualification.
- 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years at a managerial level.
- Experience in the construction industry is added advantage
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Navision.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards e.g FRS115 and FRS116.
