We are looking for a Finance Manager to manage the financial health of the group and to work closely with the Business Development, Sales and Operations team to drive the planning and budgeting process for effective forecasting and strategic analysis of both the local and international offices.
It is expected that the Finance manager will analyse business processes and performance to develop a forecast for local and overseas operations and expenditure, and provide an up-to-date performance outlook to determine areas for improvement and to implement strategies to increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement the Group corporate structure (HoldCo & subsidiaries), ensuring proper risk insulation and scalability for regional expansion
Lead group-level FP&A across multiple business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation to support management decision-making
Oversee financial reporting and business reviews, ensuring timely, accurate insights across all entities
Drive and expand the Group's financing strategy, including asset financing, external capital deployment, and scaling of AssetCos / SPVs for PPA and infrastructure projects
Establish robust Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting processes to ensure accurate project costing, revenue recognition, and margin tracking
Manage regional financial operations across SEA, including intercompany transactions, FX management, and tax structuring
Advise on capital structure, funding requirements, and expansion initiatives (including new markets and M&A)
Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, including oversight of audits, tax matters, and reporting standards
Support investor relations and fundraising efforts, including financial analysis, modelling, and development of investor-ready materials
Experience & Qualifications:
Hold at least a degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent.
Possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Strong fundamental knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and principles of governance, risks, and controls.
Familiarity with economic, financial models, and governance topics.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exhibiting a sense of urgency, initiative, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills.
