Oversee and review outsourced providers for accurate book-keeping and financial reporting
Develop and implement financial policies
Assist in financial audits and reporting
Perform financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sustainability
Handle donations (in-cash/in-kind) and IRAS submissions
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Monitor cash flow, including income, expenditures, and investments
Maintain records of all financial transactions, including donations
Conduct financial evaluations of outreach programs and charitable activities
Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes
Serve as the key contact for external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance management role
Experience in using Quickbooks will be an advantage
Experience in social service/charity sector will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Work Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary: up to $6300
