Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall financial accounting function. Responsible for the strategic financial planning, budget planning and all aspects of operational accounts of the division. Analyses business information and advises management on overall business operations.
• Prepare monthly reports for Managing Director/Director such as sales, P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, AR & AP Aging, Stock Inventory, Bank Reconcile. Updated fixed assets, accrual, prepayment and expenses schedules.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly budget and forecast mCA reports. Consolidate accounts of overseas office.
• Set credit limits for sales customer, deal with auditor during the year end audit and maintain SAP Accounting system.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans ONLY
• Minimum 8 years in full set accounting experience
• Experience in SAP Accounting System
• Good knowledge of PC and MS Office applications
• Professional Certification in Accounting or ACCA or equivalent
