About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager - Corporate Finance & Investment (Part-Time) to serve as the sole liaison for external stakeholders and advisors, streamlining communication and gathering insights to drive strategic corporate finance decisions and investment proposals.

Key Responsibilities

* External Liaison & Resource Coordination

- Act as the sole point of contact for banks, tax authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

- Engage and coordinate with external professional advisors to gather insights and formulate sound financial proposals.

* Corporate Finance and Treasury:

- Advise management on financing strategies, capital allocation, cash flow planning, investment evaluation, and tax structuring.

- Providing advisory on fund routing, foreign exchange (FX) strategies, and payment infrastructure for Singapore and regional subsidiaries.

- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and support key decisions from a strategic perspective.

* Investment Financial Analysis & Support

- Oversee financial matters related to the company's external investment projects and portfolio companies.

- Conduct regular financial reviews, performance analysis, maintain investment ledgers, and track returns and dividend settlements.

* Financial Administration

- Support annual audits, due diligence, and other ad-hoc tasks.

- Ensure full-set accounting and tax compliance are completed accurately and on time.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 10 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience, preferably within multinational or regional environments.
• Experience in Start-ups, PE/VCs, family offices, wealth management, or asset management is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards in Singapore.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively support collaboration with regional teams and handle bilingual business documentation
• Monthly retainer with flexible hours. Specific terms open to negotiation.
