Salary: up to $12,000 per month

Direct Reports (Solid Line): 1 Finance Executive

Dotted-Line Reports (Administrative Oversight): 1 Senior Executive, 1 Sales Executive

We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead our Singapore finance function on a contract basis. This role operates in a dual-reporting matrix: you will report directly to the CEO for business operations and strategy, while maintaining a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Asia CFO for functional finance standards, policies, and regional compliance alignment. You will manage one Finance Executive directly and provide dotted-line operational guidance to a Senior Executive and a Sales Executive, ensuring financial discipline across support functions.

The company is currently undergoing business restructuring to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving financial process changes, managing ambiguity, and maintaining stability under pressure.

What you'll need to succeed

Education & Certification

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

. Minimum5-8 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

. Proven experience in a SME environment in Singapore, with deep knowledge of local tax and regulatory frameworks.

. Experience managing cross-functional or dotted-line teams is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

. Strong command of SFRS, Singapore tax laws, and Companies Act.

. Proficient in Excel and major accounting.
