Finance Manager (Construction/WIP)

Job Responsibilities:

. Report directly to the Managing Director.

. Oversee and coordinate work within the Finance Department, ensuring proper recording, control and compliance.

. Perform monthly accounts receivable credit reviews and implement credit control measures.

. Authorize all online banking payments, including GIRO, PayNow, TT and FAST transactions.

. Handle cash and bank transactions while maintaining proper records and ensuring accurate banking procedures.

. Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, monitor work-in-progress reports and project costing.

. Review and analyze group's monthly financial reports.

. Prepare group's annual financial reports and budget forecasts.

. Prepare group's monthly and quarterly consolidation packages and ensure deadlines are met.

. Liaise with internal and external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents and bankers.

. Perform otherduties as assigned.

Requirement:

. Minimum Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or CPA qualification.

. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

. Knowledge of international accounting standards e.g FRS115 and FRS116.
