Finance Manager (Construction/WIP/Consolidate)

JobResponsibilities:

.Report directly to the Managing Director.

.Oversee and coordinate work within the Finance Department, ensuring properrecording, control and compliance.

.Perform monthly accounts receivable credit reviews and implement credit controlmeasures.

.Authorize all online banking payments, including GIRO, PayNow, TT and FASTtransactions.

.Handle cash and bank transactions while maintaining proper records and ensuringaccurate banking procedures.

.Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, monitor work-in-progress reports andproject costing.

.Review and analyze group's monthly financial reports.

.Prepare group's annual financial reports and budget forecasts.

.Prepare group's monthly and quarterly consolidation packages and ensuredeadlines are met.

.Liaise with internal and external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents andbankers.

.Perform other duties as assigned.

JobSpecification:

.University Degree, ACCA, or CPA qualification.

.Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years at a manageriallevel.

.Knowledge of international accounting standards e.g FRS115 and FRS116.
