About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our portfolio of China public listed companies. This individual will play a key role in driving financial performance by overseeing financial modelling, consolidation, and FP&A activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of group financial statements incompliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting,forecasting, valuation, and strategic planning.
- Drive the FP&A process, including preparation of annual budgets, rollingforecasts, and performance variance analysis.
- Provide management with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations tosupport strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business units to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information through effective internal controls and processes.
- Support special projects, including M&A evaluations, investor relations materials, and ad-hoc management requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline (professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly advantageous).
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, preferably within a public listed company or a software/IT consultancy firm.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling, consolidation, and FP&A is required.
- Proven track record in managing budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
