Financial Leadership
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial and management reports
• Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring operational excellence and professional development
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance
• Oversee the accounting function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including SFRS and US GAAP
• Review GST submissions and annual tax filings to IRAS
• Support internal and external audits
Process Improvement & Systems
• Drive finance transformation projects, including automation and reporting enhancements
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and data integrity
EDUCATION:
• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Prior external audit and working in a MNC is preferred.
