An established international business is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance operations across the APAC region. Based in Singapore, this role will partner closely with regional leadership and manage financial reporting, accounting, treasury, payroll and compliance activities.

Our client is a well-established British MNC within the conferencing solutions space; with operations across Asia, with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. The business is continuing to strengthen its regional finance function and is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to support operational excellence, financial control and business growth across APAC.
Description
- Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
- Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections and cash receipt management.
- Monitor accounts receivables and prepare regular collection reports for regional stakeholders.
- Manage accounts payable processes, supplier payments and expense claims.
- Support treasury management activities, including cash flow forecasting and reporting.
- Oversee payroll administration and statutory submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements.
- Coordinate audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
- Support company secretarial and compliance requirements.
- Lead and coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Partner with regional business leaders to provide financial insights and operational support.
Profile
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Qualified CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional certification is highly beneficial.
- At least 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Strong background in financial reporting, management accounting and finance operations.
- Experience working within a regional or multinational environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
