Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Prepare projections and analyse average bill size trends.
- Coordinate and manage the annual fee revision exercise, including submission preparation and analysis of fee review outcomes.
- Assist in the rollout and implementation of new service packages.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of costing systems, including cost modelling for assigned operational areas.
- Review and validate billing-related service requests, participate in system testing, and perform bill verification activities.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance and billing system enhancements.
- Perform financial simulations and evaluations to support policy reviews and new service initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
- Experience in finance, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, costing, or related functions.
- Experience in the healthcare or public sector will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with financial systems, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
