Description
- Manage daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
- Prepare timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and support audit processes.
- Set up and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's accounting standards and tax regulations, including GST filings.
- Manage fundraising activities including financial modeling, investor materials, and due diligence coordination.
- Assist in developing financing strategies and liaising with external stakeholders such as banks and investors.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and long-term planning.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure financial practices remain compliant.
Profile
- Proven experience in both accounting operations and corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of Singapore financial regulations and tax laws.
- Independent and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong relationship-building skills with financial institutions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to strategic growth in a dynamic setting.
