Hands-on Finance Lead with strong semiconductor manufacturing experience to establish and lead the full finance function in a startup environment. Responsible for building SOPs, controls, systems, and scalable financial processes while partnering with R&D and Operations to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of finance, including accounting, reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, and internal controls.
- Drive manufacturing finance, including costing, inventory management, variance analysis, profitability, and capital expenditure control.
- Partner closely with R&D, Engineering, and Operations to support product development, investment decisions, and business expansion.
- Establish SOPs, finance policies, governance frameworks, and ERP systems from the ground up.
- Develop management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage external stakeholders including auditors, bankers, tax authorities, investors, and grant agencies.
Ideal Profile
- 15 years of finance experience, preferably within semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Proven track record in startup, greenfield, or finance transformation environments.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing costing, inventory control, and finance process implementation.
- Hands-on leader capable of building finance infrastructure and teams from scratch.
