Opportunities & Exposure
FP&A
- Ensure timely Month-End Closing for transportation and logistics activities, monitor and control associated costs, and provide booking instructions to the accounting team.
- Analyse the main variances vs. last year and budget
- Evaluate profitability of the Brands and conduct through analysing monthly P&L
- Prepare monthly reporting for Brands Management
Others
- Review of controlling procedures and update, if needed
- Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
- Maintain effective communication with third parties to ensure good collaboration
- Ad hoc analysis and project follow up
Requirements
- Able to commit 6 months of internship (Jun 26 to Dec 26)
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Analytical mind
- Excel skills are required and experience with SAP and Power BI will be a plus
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
- Team player
