ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a candidate to join the Financial Controllership (FC) team. The candidate will gain exposure to monthly financial reporting, risk evaluation, compliance monitoring, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various finance operations and controllership functions. This includes supporting new process implementation and contributing to company policy reviews and updates.

This is a group-level role based in Singapore.

You will play a vital role in supporting the FC team in a fast-paced and growing startup environment. This role offers first-hand exposure to the core of financial operations, helping to ensure compliance, drive accuracy, and support strategic initiatives across the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Assist in month-end closing and group consolidation for assigned accounts

- Financial reporting and analysis using Oracle Fusion tools and applications

- Perform bank reconciliations, prepare balance sheet schedules, reconcile intercompany balances and transactions

- Participate in annual/quarterly compliance activities including tax and audit

- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

- To work on special projects such as implementation of new processes, systems/tools and researching on IFRS compliant accounting treatments for new business arrangements.

- Perform any other duties and assist with other financial functions as required
