We are inviting candidates for the position of:
Finance Intern (Full-time internship)
We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Finance Intern with a genuine interest in business and accounting to join our Finance team and be involved in our daily finance and accounting operation duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of employees monthly expense claims
- Assist in ensuring absolute accuracy and timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules
- Supports preparing outgoing payables and providing payment advice
- Assist with daily journal entries and preparation of basic documents for bank reconciliation
- Preferably proficient in excel and possesses basic accounting knowledge
- Detail oriented, meticulous, and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of accuracy
Intern Requirements and Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Effective communication (verbal and written) Good command of the English language
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge or past internship in Finance department, would be a bonus
- Knowledge of SAP, would be a bonus
- This is a conversion-track internship candidates who demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a desire for long-term growth within the company will be strongly preferred
