Finance Intern (Accounts Payable and Payroll Support)

Job Overview:

1. Understudy the Accounts Payable and Payroll processes
2. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely invoice clearance
3. Assist in balance sheet account reconciliation and cleansing activities
4. Support project automation efforts and process improvements for AP and Payroll
5. Support in organizing training and update training guides
6. Contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives aligned with the company-wide change agenda and the Finance Division roadmap

This role offers valuable exposure to core financial operations and strategic projects, providing a strong foundation for a career in finance.

Requirements:

1. Looking for University students in Business Schools with Finance/Accounting major
2. Able to commit at least 12 weeks for the internship
3. Proactive, resourceful and detail oriented
4. Team player but also able to work independently
5. Proficient in handling data and numbers
6. Strong expertise with MS Excel
