Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for independently managing the Company's finance, accounting, human resources and administration functions.
This is a hands-on role in a lean and growing international business aviation company. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Company's daily operations while ensuring compliance with Singapore statutory requirements and maintaining efficient internal processes.
Finance & Accounting
Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, taxation, treasury, budgeting, cash flow, and cost control.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements, management accounts, management reports, and financial analysis.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and resolving accounting discrepancies.
Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained in compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
Monitor budgets, analyse financial performance, and provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Review and enhance financial systems, accounting processes, and internal controls to improve efficiency and governance.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, regulatory authorities, and other external service providers.
Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions to IRAS, MOM, ACRA and other relevant authorities, where applicable.
Support finance-related projects and perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
HR and Administration
Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports, etc)
Handle the full spectrum of recruitment and hiring process of management staff and foreign manpower, including work pass matters, renewals and cancellations where applicable.
Review, verify and coordinate monthly payroll, staff claims, CPF contributions and statutory submissions.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and onboarding arrangements.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, correspondence and other HR-related documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, leave records, training records, HR reports and other HR documentation.
Manage the employee offboarding process, including exit documentation, exit interviews and handover coordination.
Manage employee leave records, medical benefits and company insurance renewals.
Provide HR advisory and administrative support to Management, including employee relations, benefits administration and HR policy implementation.
Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, employee handbook and internal procedures.
Review and take responsibility for improving service quality and processes
Support other ad hoc projects and duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with exposure to HR and administration.
Experience handling the full set of accounts independently.
Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and employment regulations.
Experience in payroll, CPF, IRAS and MOM matters.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Hands-on, proactive and willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred.
